Our apartments are located at Portland Street in the popular Ferryhill area of Aberdeen and are within walking distance of Aberdeen City Centre and its many amenities and attractions which include Union Street, Aberdeen Music Hall, HM Theatre, Aberdeen Art Gallery, Mariscal Square and the Union Square, Bon Accord, St Nicholas and Trinity Shopping Centres.

Aberdeen's Train and Bus Stations and the popular Union Square Shopping Centre, which boasts a variety of shops, restaurants and bars as well as a multiplex cinema, are located within 500 yards of our apartments.

Many of the major city centre employers are within walking distance and the convenience of Aberdeen Train Station also makes this location an attractive commuter base for those working north or south of Aberdeen.

The very popular Duthie Park is located within 10 minutes walk and the River Dee and it's scenic public footpath, popular with walkers and cyclists, is also located nearby. 

Queens Links and the famous Aberdeen Beach Boulevard are located only 1.2 miles away and this area also benefits from a wide variety of retail, food & drink amenities and a multiplex cinema.
